My prices are quoted on a number of variables, most notably the time it takes to complete the site, from research, to design, to build. Depending on what’s right for you and your goals I will assess each situation individually and quote accordingly. Basic websites can start from £500, whereas more comprehensive sites will be in the region of up to £4000.
Again, this can all depend on time and what requirements are necessary for your site. Smaller websites can take between 4 and 6 weeks, yet larger ones can take over 2 months. It all depends on your personal goals and what you are going to use your website for…
With any website you will need to host it on a server. Unless you have your own server this will likely cost you a small fee a month. Other maintenance works may also cost a small fee per month. I offer Hosting and 2 hours of maintenance a month at £100. Other website designers may offer this service at different prices. If you require edits to your website, this is priced up separately as ongoing website development work.
This will be quoted on depending as to the complexity of what you require doing. This could be the addition of more pages, optimising for SEO, conversion rate analysis, speeding up of a website, and so on… Look at around £25-£50 an hour for these changes.
Yes, most websites, unsurprisingly are now viewed on mobiles, in some cases up to 90%, so therefore, it is imperative that your website will be mobile friendly.
As an SEO specialist and a 15 years experienced marketer, I can only say yes to this. My whole ethos is around building websites from a marketers perspective not a developers. I am a website designer. I see so many websites that are developed and built really well, yet offer so little upon a marketing audit.
